Bulacan, Philippines has finally move in to its new place,still in Meycauayan but in nearby street. The Land Registration Authority office with the new building has been actively serving the whole Bulacanios for property concerns. The transfer of this agency has been done since the middle year of 2009. The new address for the Registry of deeds office is Muralla St., Brgy. Iba, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Temporarily, there's no telephone lines reaching the building.The famous landmark very near to this office is the Coca-Cola
Bottler's Philippines plant Meycauayan.Recently, the office is under the supervision of Atty. Ferdinand Sevilleja.The new building is named Land Registration Authority, Registry of Deeds, Meycauayan, Bulacan branch.
In addition with the transfer of the agency to its new building is the implementation of computerization of all documents known as the Certified true Copy and Verification (CCV) Certification and Personal Properties (PP).
The first few months of this system has been a very difficult times for all the employees especially for those who served long in the agency. They are forced to used and operate computer, in which they need to take comprehensive training to learn the system.
Indeed, it is very beneficial to all the people of Bulacan and nearby provinces that in just a few days, they can fixed and settle their property matters conveniently and less hassle.
